He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Azzaro and Maria Cesaro Azzaro; his wife Julia Azzaro (Surro); his brothers, Michael (Jean), Pasquale (Ida "Tillie"), Sebastian (Francis), Dominick (Teresa "Tessie") and Leo (Dolores Azzaro); and his siblings-in-law, Frank Surro, Jr., Anna Williams, Lena Scharibone, Mary Tartaglia, Jennie Roslowski, Rose Romeo and Frances Pisano.
He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Dina Azzaro; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Eric Ferris) and Nicholas Azzaro; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Madison Ferris; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Surro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
