He was predeceased by: his significant other Selena Vinai Bishop; his parents, Frank Bishop and Charlotte Wachter; and his brother William Bishop. He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Dutka (Bob), Richard Bishop (Dale) and Janet Dougherty (Steve); his sons, Frank Bishop, Jr. (Debbie), David Bishop (Dawn), Mark Bishop (Jane) and Scott Bishop; his grandchildren, Richard Bishop (Michelle), Jessie Bishop, Taylor Pinkus (Bradley), Rachel Smith (Chase), Zachary Bishop and Katie Bishop; and his great grandchildren, Samuel and Emma Bishop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Frank desired donations to be dedicated to the research of cancer and Parkinson's disease.
