He was predeceased by: his parents, Nigel John Morley and Lillias Davidson Mill. He is survived by: his friends, Guy and Richard; his wife Harriet; his children, Benjamin, Pippa and Chloe; and his cousin Simon. He is also survived by neighbors, and friends.
Together, James and Harriet guided the company through the challenges of COVID-19, an unprecedented building boom, and three major hurricanes, including Hurricane Ian.
