He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Hurlburt and Mary Hurlburt (George); and his brother Richard Hurlburt. He is survived by: his wife Vicki (Ankrom); his sons, Shawn and Chris of Punta Gorda; and his siblings, Donald Hurlburt (Sheila), Debra Cartwright (late Larry), Janien Carlin (late Dale), Wayne Hurlburt (Marsha) and Mike Hall (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
