It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Philpott of Punta Gorda, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Horn and Fern Horn; her husband Dennis Philpott; and her siblings, Fred Horn, Lee Castle and Cindy Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Stalinski (Tommy), Daniel Smith (Riza), Kenneth Smith (Cynthia) and Kelly Ashton; her stepdaughters, Cynthia Philpott and Cheri Fritzley; and her sisters, Carrie Misch and Carla Fuller. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Jan would have preferred and appreciated any donations to the Animal Welfare League.
