He is survived by: his wife Donna Dupree Maggio; his children, Jonathan Maggio (Dawn), Jeffrey Maggio (Nicole) and Mitzi Maggio Rigden (Todd); his grandchildren, Benjamin Maggio (Lillian), Audrey Maggio, Victoria Maggio, Rocky Rigden and Rider Rigden; and his brother Michael Maggio (Carol).
