He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Dorothy Phillips; and his brother Don Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Phillips; his brothers, Larry Phillips (Susan) and Gary Phillips (Sylvia); and his sister-in-law Liz Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
