She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Ella Kovac; and her siblings, John, Henry and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ann Smith (Jeff) of Stratford and Jack Wallace (Kelly) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Ian, Hailey Smith, Amanda and Zakkary Wallace; her siblings, Ruth Semancik of Stratford and William; and her sister-in-law Josephine of Shelton.
