She is survived by: her mother Melanie Barth Counterman (Kralik); her stepparents, Woodrow Counterman and Jeanmarie Barth; her half-sisters, Jami Kelhart (Kevin) and Jesse Smith (Christopher); her aunt Kathy; her uncle Richard (Susan Kralik); and her nephews, Cooper, Ethan Kelhart, Gavin and Zoey Smith.
