She is survived by: her children, Lynn Meade-Naile (Ronald) and Ronald Meade Jr.; her sisters, Carol Meade (James), Betty Cromwell and Sandra Gum; her grandchildren, Brittaney, Joshua, Amber, Emily and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Kaydence and Margaret.
Memorial donations in Patricia's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House.
