The memory of Phyllis Farmer Bailey-Anderson of Punta Gorda, Florida, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert S. Farmer and Rita H. Farmer; her brothers, Frank (Barbara) of Weare, NH and Norman (Sandra) of Weare, NH.; her former husband Albert E. "Skip" Bailey Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Carole Power (Rich) of Bedford, NH., Diane Roma (late Mags) of Hookset, NH and Judy Silinsh (late Andy) of Chelmsford, MA.; her sons, Scott Bailey (Stephanie) of Pella, Mark Bailey (Kathleen) of Weare, NH and Nathan Bailey (Linda) of Harvard, MA; her husband William Anderson of Brockton, MA; her stepdaughters, Robin Hadfield (Bill), Loriann Parziale (Vic) and Elizabeth Carney (Dennis); and her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Parziale, Lindsay Hart, Krysten Riddensdale, Ryan Hadfield, Alex Carney and Katerina Carney. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the French & Rising Funeral Home (17 S Mast St, Goffstown, NH 03045). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Weare Improvement Society (PO Box 392, Weare, NH 03281), for the restoration of the Osborne Memorial Hall which was dedicated in 1920 and served as a community building.
