He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Brooks and Mae Brooks (Perrin); his wife Audrey Blakeley; his children, Cheryl Disanto (Robert), Kingstown and Richard Brooks (Debra) of Punta Gorda, FL; his grandchildren, Kerri Defond (Jared), Cory Macwhorter and Derek Brooks; and his great grandchildren, Cole and Chase Defond.
