He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Leslie Page (Leslie) and Mark Page; his stepchildren, Ray Leber (Mia), Karen Clow (Chuck) and Sharon Burnham; and his grandchildren, Kayte (Phil), Danny (Michele), Katie (Jarryd), Chas, Steven and Katherine.
