He is survived by: his parents, Mike Maguire and Kathy Maguire; his sister Shannon Maguire; his pet Ozzy; his grandmother Barbara Van Pelt; his uncles, Richard Maguire and Dale Maguire (David Carden); and his aunt Elizabeth Adams (Daniel).
