He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Albert Willingham, Jr. and Eleanor Cauthen Willingham. He is survived by: his wife Janet Mock Willingham; his siblings, Dr. Mark Willingham of State Road and Ellen Thompson Willingham of Summerville; his siblings-in-law, Annie Mock Chan of Cambridge, Massachusetts and Tom Mock, Jr. of San Carlos, California; and his niece Ashley Mock Dotson of Asheville.
