Weaver of Punta Gorda, FL; his daughters, Melinda Marie, Shanna Kali Weaver of Harvest, AL and Ilea Marriah; his stepchildren, Robert Emerson of Punta Gorda, FL and Heather Holmes of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Jeanea, Lawson and Michaela; his father Cortez Losson Weaver, Jr. of Dunnellon, FL; and his siblings, Sherry and Robert. He is also survived by his family, friends.
