He is survived by: his children, Kirsta Lathery, Timothy Lathery (Becky), Joshua Lathery and Thomas Cordell; and his siblings, Ed Lathery, Paul McKinney, Regina Weston and Ronda Kuster.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Indian Springs Cemetery (9500 Indian Spgs Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33950).
