He was predeceased by: his brothers, James, John Michael and Anthony Jerome. He is survived by: his parents, Johnny O'Neal and Louise O'Neal; and his brothers, Alvin Cornelius O'Neal (Kaliey) and Clarence Christopher O'Neal. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, church family, friends, former coworkers.
For many years, he faithfully attended Souls Port Pentecostal Church, until the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 changed his regular attendance.
