He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jones of Gretna, Florida; his sons, Bernard Jones, Jr. of Deerfield Beach, Deonte Harvard of Deerfield Beach and Grant Harvard, Sr. of Gretna, Florida; his siblings, Teresa Hires of Hollywood, Florida and Brooks Hires of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and his grandchildren, Grant Harvard, Jr. of Fort Lauderdale and Dallas Harvard of Deerfield Beach, Florida. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bradwell Mortuary (18300 Blue Star Hwy, Quincy, FL 32351). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bradwell Memorial Chapel (18300 Blue Star Hwy, Quincy, FL 32351).
