She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Lou Lee Duncan and William Duncan; her husband David Dwight Clark, Sr.; her son-in-law John Allen Smith Jr.; and her sisters, Mary Louise Alday and Katherine Tharp.
She is survived by: her children, David Dwight Clark, Jr. (Robin) of Quincy, Sandra Clark Smith of Hardaway and Suzanne Clark Gilmore (Wayne) of Duluth, Georgia; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Clark Singley (Almon), Robert Clark, John Allen Smith, III (Rachael), Caroline Gilmore and Christopher Gilmore; her great grandchild Margaret Singley; and her siblings, Margaret White, Gus Duncan (Faye) and Joe Duncan (Glenda).
