Kirk of Quincy, Florida, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Sanders III; her cousin Henry "Bucky" Morrow, Jr. of Charles Town, WV; her stepsister Carolyn West (Ralph West) of Swan Pond, WV; and also, Megan West and Howard Kirk of Tallahassee, FL..
