She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. R. P. Tomberlin. She is survived by: her children, Richard Tomberlin (Sylvia) of Tallahassee, Jerry Tomberlin of Ottawa, Pam Ashe-Oldaker of Tampa and Paul Tomberlin (Amy) of Houston, TX; and her sister Valma Cornell of Chapel Hill, NC. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Christine's name to the Deacon's Benevolent Fund at Seminole Baptist Church.
