He was predeceased by : his parents, Shirley Wayne Coulter and Mary Margaret Shively (Beyer); and his stepfather Richie Shively. He is survived by : his siblings, Diana Haverlah (Mark), Shonna Simmons (Steve) and Scott Coulter (Brenda). He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, eight great nieces and two Aunts.
