She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Hayes and Belle Hayes; her son-in-law Andy Potter; and her grandson Eric Blackburn. She is survived by : her children, Keith (Lynda), Clay (Amy) and Melody; her husband Robert; her grandchildren, Chuck, Anna, Hannah, Andrea, Drew and Meredith; her great grandchildren, Bryer, Connor, Eli, Rylee and Travis; and her brothers, Gwynn Hayes (Mary Joyce) and Wayne Hayes (Patricia). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
