He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lewis; his daughters, Debra Dixon (Mike), Angela Aber (Frank) and Carolyne Floerke (Richard); his daughter-in-law Catherine Lewis; the mother of his children Carol Lewis; his grandchildren, Kristin Yarbrough, Brandi Skipper, Mark Lewis, Courtney Allen and Chelsea Montford; his great grandchildren, Laci, Dylan Yarbrough, Kayleigh, Nataleigh, Nicolas Skipper, Jackson Montford, Ivy Joanos, Oakley Mae, Elizabeth, Matthew, Adalynn, Aubrey, Raelynn Lewis, Ezra, Nora Allen, Jared, Austin and Cole Johnson; his siblings, David Lewis (Vonya), Francis Lewis, John Barush (Melinda), Carolyn King (Mark) and Delores Mills; and his stepchildren, Ric Hulshoff (Malinda), Kirk Hulshoff and Kimberly Griffin (Bill). He is also survived by twenty step-grandchildren, eight step-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
