She is survived by: her significant other Bob Lee; her daughter Kathy Pack; her grandchildren, Kristin, Dave Parker, Rob Catledge, Trey, Georgie Pack and Jonathan Pack; her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Gary Davis; her grandchildren, Georgia and Webb Worthington; her great grandchildren, Luke, Chase Lambert, Blakely, Brenna Grace, Bellamy Pack, Davis and Tripp Worthington; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Butler (Virgil) and Kaye Lee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
