She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henry and Georgie J. Clark (Williamson); her husband James A. Spurgeon; her daughter Beverly Jane Harmon; her son-in-law Garry L. Ramon; and her sisters, Erma Jean O'Neil and Margaret Jane Duffy.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ellen Ramon of Dayton, Deborah Lynn Hess (William Jr.) of Hillsboro and Kenneth Robert Spurgeon (Deborah) of Quincy, Florida; her brothers, Lloyd Dean Clark of Columbus and Earl Clark of Chillicothe; and her son-in-law Paul Harmon of Manchester. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; eighteen great-great grandchildren.
