It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kelly of Quincy, Florida, who passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Mary departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mary. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parent Mary E. Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Claude Kelly, Jr. (Ilene) of Quincy, Lottie Fair (Marvin) of Quincy and Fred Kelly, Sr. (Judy) of Tallahassee, Florida; her son-in-law Johnny Herron of Quincy, Florida; and her siblings, Albert Smith of Quincy, Florida, Sarah Williams of Columbia and Annie Bell Brown (Willie) of Quincy, Florida. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
