She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Sr. Doyle of Washington and Emma Doyle of Washington; and her siblings, Betty Lou Hamilton (Jesse B.), Bunion Bernard of Washington and Willie Lee (Ruby) of Washington.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Lee Hickman; her children, Theodore Hickman (Piarie), Eric Hickman (Linda) and Kimberly Hunter (Christopher); and her siblings, Ada Lee Ford, J. B. Jr. of Washington and Hodges Lee (Juanita) of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, close cousins, in-laws, God daughter and committed friends.
