He is survived by : his wife Shirley Tervort; his daughters, Kim and Carrie; his sister Susie (Mike); his nephews, Brian and Michael Jr.; his niece Kari (Dennis); and his great-niece Tori. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, if you choose you may make a donation in his memory, to his church, Ridge Manor Baptist Church or your favorite charity.
