He is survived by: his caregiver Sheri Duncan of Tampa, FL.; his nephew Jeffry Duncan Jr.; his niece Tiffany Rathburn (Renee Leemaster); his stepdaughter Kelli Madjar of Tampa, FL.; his caregivers, Kathy Duncan of Tampa, FL and Cyndi Morris of Nokomis, FL.; and his friend Hanson Pipe.
