She was predeceased by : her husband Royce G. Bloomer; her parents Francis and Sophie Rutkowski; and her siblings, Wanda, Jane and Hank. She is survived by : her children, Richard (Debra Bloomer), William Bloomer of Killeen and Nancy (Jeff Cohen); her grandchildren, Kaylin Moser (Bloomer), Richard Bloomer Jr., Eric, William, Michael Bloomer, Rachel Baum (Cohen) and Aaron Cohen; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle Grace Moser and Myles Baum.
