She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Farnsworth and Mildred Pauline Boyette; her former husband William Kenneth White; her son Dennis Forrest White; her siblings, EllaMae Fears Boyette and Edward Leslie Boyette; her niece Amanda Fears; and her nephew Johnny Boyette.
She is survived by: her sister Louise Boyette Johnson; her daughter Demetria White Johnson; her son-in-law Keith Johnson; her son Michael Brent Whaley; her daughter-in-law Sheila White Burnett; her grandchildren, Brianah Johnson Carlson, Angela Creel Burnett, Brian Johnson II, Brice Johnson, William Kenneth White II and Dennis Forrest White II; her husband Cary Moss; her stepchildren, Julia Moss Cannon and Curtis Moss; and her stepgrandchildren, Curt C. Moss, Daniel Price, Wesley Moss, Justin Price and Melissa Moss. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
