He was predeceased by : his mother Judy Childress. He is survived by : his father Richard; his grandmother Wanda Clark; his wife Hollie Guagliardo; his children, Alex, Christopher (Jenna) and Shelby (Josue); and his grandchildren, Ezra, Eden, Carolina and Caleb. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
