Heather Joanne Brightwell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Joanne Brightwell of Riverview, Florida, who passed away on October 27, 2025 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Kevin Donley; her grandparents, William, Geraldine Chapple, Eleanor Montgomery, Robert and Beverly Donley; her aunt Deborah Donley; and her uncles, Gary Chapple, Kenny Donley and Darryl Donley.
She is survived by: her sibling Ryan; her daughter Carlie Joanne; her husband Chris Brightwell; her daughter Cydney Brightwell; her mother Cynthia Donley-Tietjen; her parents-in-law, Coy and Linda Brightwell; her sister Kristen Young (Kyle); and her sisters-in-law, Amy Redding (John Michael) and Lindsay Young (Kyle). She is also survived by 2 aunts, 5 cousins, 1 nieces, and 3 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the HighPoint Church of Brandon (2207 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Valrico, FL 33596). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Heather requested donations be made for her daughters' colleges funds. Contributions may be submitted via GoFundMe at https://gofund.me.
