He is survived by: his wife Anita; his daughters, Michele Griffin (Ryan) and Melissa Prichett (Ian); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Griffin, Noelle Prichett, Paris and Penny Griffin; and his sisters, Lillian Hewitt (Josh) and Mary Welsh (Gary). He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.
A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Stephen Catholic Church (10118 St Stephen Cir, Riverview, FL 33569). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery.
