Marian Whitaker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2025, at the age of 88, Marian Whitaker of Riverview, Florida, born in Newport News, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Perry and Gertrude Perry; her sister Nettie Perry Bailey; and her husband Junior Howard Whitaker. She is survived by: her stepson Howard L. Whitaker (Yvonne); her brother-in-law Charles Whitaker; her grandchildren, Dominique and Alex Whitaker; and her sibling's children, Lisa Bailey (Craig Lynch), Vanessa Reed (Vincent), Monica Robinson and Ronald Sledge (Brenda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins and friends.
She was an active member of YMCA prior to the pandemic and resumed fitness activities at the Gardenville Senior Centerduring her stay in Florida.
