As Russell Leon departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Russell Leon. Though Russell Leon may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his father William Casady; and his daughter Meaghan Casady. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Casady; his wife Shari Casady; his son Michael Craig; and his sister Merrilee Michele'Casady Felts.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southern Funeral Care and Cremation Services, Inc. (10510 Riverview Dr, Riverview, FL 33578). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Florida Rescue Farm in Duette, Florida.

He was a good man, I tell everyone if it hadn't been for Russell I would have never made it at work. He gave me the strength and vision to be able to carry on with the new adventures in Tampa.
