He was predeceased by: his parents, Michelle Bolen and Gary Bolen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bolen; and his children, Matthew, Evan and Elena. He is also survived by extended family that includes siblings, aunts, an uncle, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
