He was predeceased by: his mother Leigh Considine Crowthers; and his grandmother Diane Considine. He is survived by: his father David Crowthers of Tampa, FL; his girlfriend Rebecca Waterman of Riverview, FL; his grandparents, Alice Crowthers of West Chester, PA and Robert Crowthers of Malvern, PA; his aunt Elizabeth Hollingsworth of Denver, PA; his uncle Steven Crowthers of Ashland, OR; his grandfather James Considine of Tampa, FL; his aunt Lori Considine; his uncle Michael Considine of Tampa, FL; his stepmother Diane; and his stepsiblings, Kelsey Speros of Tampa, FL and Kobe Speros of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and hundreds of friends.
