We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 67, Steven Mark Allen of Riverview, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Kline Allen and Bernard Allen; and his former wife Sandra Kay Allen. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Allen; his son Mark Allen; his stepdaughter Terri Nosbisch; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Allen; and his siblings, Beth Ann Allen, Veronica Jean Allen (Bonnie), Christine Mince, Patricia Eastman, Jim Allen, Terry Allen, Denny Allen, Thomas Allen, John Allen, Matthew Kline and Michael Kline.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
