“To the parents of Tyler Roschfska, I wanted you to know that I thought the world of your son. As a teacher at Riverview high school, I was amazed at his heart and his great big smile and his genuine acceptance of everyone on campus. He was an absolute joy and I am shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He was so generous when we were having a fund raiser for coach Slater and I played the song that he wrote after her death at her memorial service. I was so moved by his compassion. As teachers, we aren't supposed to have favorites, but Tyler was one of mine, for sure!!!! I send you my deepest heartfelt condolences. My prayers go out to you and all of his family. Praying for peace and comfort at this time of grief. Coach Lelani Gordon”
