He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie William Turner and Velvie Ann Baker Turner; his daughter Yvonne Nancy Turner; and his siblings, Edith Turner Scott, Blonnie Turner Ray Tomlinson, William "Bryant" Turner, Seenie Turner, Smithey Turner, William Turner, Linwood Turner, Doris Marie Turner Johnson, Katie Mae Turner and Waymon Lee Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Johnson Herron; his daughter JoAnn Turner Loucks (Gail) of Nevada; his granddaughter Rachel Loucks Emens (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Evangeline Emens, Theodore Emens of Nevada and Doris; and his stepchildren, George, Phyllis and Martin. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and many other friends and family.
