He is survived by : his wife Lillian R. Ratliff of Riviera Beach, FL; his children, Andre Ratliff (Rashida) of Houston, TX, Christopher Ratliff (Cherise) of Augusta, GA, LaDonna Ratliff-Miller (Ventress) of Riviera Beach, FL and Linda Leonard (Emmanuel) of Riviera Beach, FL; and his brothers, Stoney Ratliff of Hoffman, NC and Pete Ratliff of Rockingham, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many other sorrowing relatives and friends.
