He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet May (Lewis) and Arthur "Chick" Roberts; his wife Veronica June Heaps; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his sister Beverley (Howard); and his children, Arthur (Sarah), Susan (Daniel), David (Brenda) and Andrew. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
