He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Bitner Sr. and Grace Marie Bitner (Jackson) of Year's Day; his brother Wayne of Rising Sun, MD; and his brother-in-law Jim Evans of Louisville, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bitner (Deming); his daughters, Kelsey of New York City and Kayla of Chicago; his siblings, Debbie Barton (Jim), Donna Evans, Mike Bitner (Marie), Leo Bitner (CJ), Dennis Bitner (Renee), Beth Bitner and Pat Knight; and his sister-in-law Bobbi Bitner. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and 14 great-nieces and nephews.
