He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Baxley (Keith); his uncle Wayne Baxley; and his in-laws, Margaret and Frank Vander Hagen. He is survived by: his wife Laura Baxley; his stepdaughter Megan McCrea (Richard); his grandson Hagen; his mother Lula Belle Wheelock; his siblings, Connie Howard (Mike), Dale Baxley and John Baxley (Joy); and his sisters-in-law, Pam Lamb (Rob) and Cindy Parrish (Michael). He is also survived by his nieces, great-nieces and nephews.
