He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slater and Dorothy Slater; his sister Charlotte; and his grandson Brandon. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Pokorny, Donna Henderson (David), Jane Morgan (Boyd) and Lori Morgan (Mike); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Amanda, Kristen, Brian, Chase, Lance and Jenna. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
