We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, at the age of 83, James Henry Rivers (Rockledge, Florida), born in Chester, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Earl and Martha Long Rivers; his daughter Alicia Rivers Riggs; and his brothers, Bill, Joe and George.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Ledford Rivers; his son Paul Rivers; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathon (Zeena), Stephen, Alex, Jackson, Anna, Robert, Amelia and Willow; his great grandchild Jeremiah; and his siblings, Elizabeth Zettler, Charlie and Claude (Thelma). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home (5400 Village Dr, Rockledge, FL 32955). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
