She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Michelle Suggs (Tommie), Michael Richards (Laurie) of Titusville, FL and Laura Reddell (Brandon); her grandsons, Matthew Suggs and Griffin Reddell; and her brother William Heikkinen of Port Washington.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in Joanne's honor to St. Francis Hospice or to Trinity Lutheran Church.
